“Empowering your business growth with IT solutions”
We keep other companies running. That takes people who care about the detail, ask the second question, and stay with a problem until it is properly closed. If that sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.
Technology Yours is based in Katy, Texas, and the work has always been the same shape: someone else's business depends on the thing we are building or keeping alive. That is not a job you can do at arm's length. It needs people who take it personally.
So the team is small, the projects are real, and nobody spends their week waiting for permission. You will know what you are responsible for, and you will be close enough to the client to see whether it worked.
Not a benefits list. These are the things about working here that we can actually stand behind.
There is no shadow project to keep new people busy. Clients are running live systems, and the thing you build or fix goes into that. It is more pressure than a training track, and it is the reason people here get good quickly.
A small team means nobody is handed a narrow slice with the context removed. You talk to the client, you understand why the thing is being asked for, and you get to argue for a better answer if you have one.
Cybersecurity, cloud and hosting, software and app development, digital marketing, and IT infrastructure all sit inside the same company. You will work next to people whose job you do not have, which is the fastest way to stop thinking like a specialist and start thinking like an engineer.
Clients pay us because we know things they do not. That makes staying current part of the work rather than something you fit around it, and it means an argument about the right way to do something is a normal conversation here, not a difficult one.

You come in on live work with someone alongside you. The first thing you learn is how we talk to clients, because that shapes everything else.
01/05 Stage
Protecting client systems that cannot go down, and proving it. The work runs from hardening and monitoring through to explaining a risk to a business owner in language they can act on.
Building and running the platforms clients depend on, from migration through to the quiet everyday work of keeping something fast, backed up and predictable.
Custom software for businesses that have outgrown the off the shelf version. You will be close to the people who will use the thing, which changes how you build it.
Helping technical work find the businesses that need it. The difference here is that you can walk over and ask the engineer what the thing actually does before you write about it.
The 24/7 side of the company. Keeping client systems steady, catching the thing before it becomes an outage, and being the person a business is genuinely relieved to hear from.
Choose the one nearest to what you do. If you sit between two of them, say so in the email. It is useful information, not a problem.
Apply to this track opens your own email app with the subject line and the questions already filled in. Attach your CV there. It arrives at contact@technologyyours.com.
A project, a repository, a system you kept alive, a campaign you ran. One real thing you can talk about tells us more than a page of adjectives.

Tell us what you do and what you want to be doing in three years. We will tell you honestly whether we are the place for it.
