Careers

Come in. There is work here worth doing.

We keep other companies running. That takes people who care about the detail, ask the second question, and stay with a problem until it is properly closed. If that sounds like you, we would like to hear from you.

The people

Good work is a people problem first.

Technology Yours is based in Katy, Texas, and the work has always been the same shape: someone else's business depends on the thing we are building or keeping alive. That is not a job you can do at arm's length. It needs people who take it personally.

So the team is small, the projects are real, and nobody spends their week waiting for permission. You will know what you are responsible for, and you will be close enough to the client to see whether it worked.

Culture

What the work actually asks of you.

  • People Every ticket has a person on the other end of it who is having a worse day than you are. Start there.
  • Collaboration Cybersecurity, cloud, software and marketing sit in the same room. Most real problems need at least two of them.
  • Expertise We are hired because we know the thing. Depth is the product, so keeping yours sharp is part of the job, not a hobby.
  • Growth The company takes on work it has to stretch for. That stretch is where people here get better, and it is available to anyone who wants it.
  • Impact A growing business that cannot afford downtime is trusting us with the part that keeps the lights on. That is worth doing well.
Why join

Four honest reasons.

Not a benefits list. These are the things about working here that we can actually stand behind.

01

The work is real
from week one

There is no shadow project to keep new people busy. Clients are running live systems, and the thing you build or fix goes into that. It is more pressure than a training track, and it is the reason people here get good quickly.

02

You see the
whole problem

A small team means nobody is handed a narrow slice with the context removed. You talk to the client, you understand why the thing is being asked for, and you get to argue for a better answer if you have one.

03

Five disciplines,
one room

Cybersecurity, cloud and hosting, software and app development, digital marketing, and IT infrastructure all sit inside the same company. You will work next to people whose job you do not have, which is the fastest way to stop thinking like a specialist and start thinking like an engineer.

04

Depth is
the product

Clients pay us because we know things they do not. That makes staying current part of the work rather than something you fit around it, and it means an argument about the right way to do something is a normal conversation here, not a difficult one.

The path

You do not arrive and stay the same.

Join

You come in on live work with someone alongside you. The first thing you learn is how we talk to clients, because that shapes everything else.
