Air Cargo Management System

Implementing a Cargo Management System for a ground handling company to manage air cargo operations. The goal of this project is to streamline the company’s air cargo management process, reduce errors and improve overall efficiency. The project involved the development, testing, and deployment of a new air warehouse management system, as well as training for the company’s staff.

What we delivered

  • Developed and implemented a new warehouse system to manage air cargo operations.
  • Improved the company’s overall efficiency by reducing errors and delays.
  • Integrated MHS (ASRS) with CMS, IoT devices, custom systems, banking systems, weight scales, Power BI, portable scanners and printers, and more.
  • Ensured the new system meets regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Trained the company’s staff on the new system and ensured a smooth transition to the new process.
